With our own brand new, excellent sporting facilities and being located within easy access of the Northumbria, Lake District and North York Moors National Parks, Grindon Hall Christian School is well-placed to offer a full and broad range of extra-curricular activities.

Our Sixth Form was set up with service and challenge as two of its core values and these have driven Students in the past to plan, resource and participate in some exciting and hugely beneficial international expeditions. Over the years these have been to Uganda, Malawi Costa Rica and Borneo.

We are also fortunate to have on our staff a Snowsport England qualified Alpine Ski Course Leader who enthusiastically and ably runs a popular biannual ski trip.
